Hi, and welcome to my website. I am here to share two of my many passions, Yoga and Energy Medicine. I’ve been on this personal journey for quite some time and several years ago I began my work as La Luce. Being Italian is one of my other passions, and La Luce means “the light” in Italian. I’ve always been enthusiastically delving deeper and deeper into the light and dark experiences of my life. You may be asking, “What is this light and dark that she writes of?”. I experience the light as the place where we flow, feel energized and soulful. The dark is draining, stagnate and ego driven. And as the old saying goes we must work through the dark to see the light. I love seeing and shinning our light even brighter in life thus revealing our greatness even more for the world to see and be in awe of. Yes awe, we are AWESOME! Can we see that? Yoga and Energy Medicine allow us to touch that place in us more often and see it in others!
